Data controller

The controller of your data is Grottu. The WeLove Services platform provides the booking software and acts as a processor, handling the data solely on behalf of and according to the instructions of the salon.

What data we collect

Name, contact details (email and/or phone), the history of your bookings and any stated preferences. Payment data (when a deposit or prepayment applies) is handled directly by Stripe; the salon does not store your card details.

Purposes and legal basis

We use your data to manage and confirm bookings (performance of the contract), to send reminders and notices about your booking and, only with your consent, marketing communications. You can withdraw your consent at any time.

How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as you are a client of the salon. Records of tax or accounting relevance (e.g. payments) are retained for the period required by law, in anonymised form after the account is deleted.

Who we share it with

Only with the processors necessary to provide the service: WeLove Services (platform), Stripe (payment processing) and the email and messaging delivery providers. We do not sell your data.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete and export your data, and to object to its processing. You can exercise these rights in your client account (export data or delete account) or by contacting the salon directly.
